Purpose
Digital Dignity Association is a non profit association based in Geneva, Switzerland. Its purpose is to contribute to the protection of human dignity and privacy in the digital environment and to advocate for and promote the digital rights of individuals.
In particular, the Association works on the prevention of image based abuse, especially in sexual or degrading contexts, as well as related forms of technology facilitated abuse and personal data misuse. It also supports education, awareness raising, public interest research, the development of public interest tools and technologies, and cooperation with national and international organisations pursuing similar aims.
